This historical Old Victorian house, built in 1890, was first used as Mine Offices and during the South African War as a mess by the British troops. It was in possession of the Wormal family for 50 years, and in 1996 it was converted into a guest house.
It is situated in a "kloof" on the slopes of the Mkhonjwe Mountains, overlooking the town of Barberton and the De Kaap valley, this old Victorian Style house with its spacious veranda provides an opportunity for relaxation.
It is ideally situated to explore the town with its rich historic heritage as well as the surrounding nature splendour.

The aim at Aloe Ridge Guest Farm is to promote the environment, to engender a sense of the peace and to encourage visitors to make full use of it by being outdoors.
